The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected but were decently maintained. The staff could be kind, yet there were unexpected and unpleasant moments. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was exceptional, perfectly situated between the city center and Heroes Square.

I had a great stay at easyhotel during my city trip. The rooms, although small, were clean and perfect for a short stay. The service was incredibly helpful throughout, making my experience enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the value for the price paid was good, although the dining options could have been better.

The hotel rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures, almost like a box with a tiny washroom that you have to go up to get inside, resembling an airplane setup. However, despite the compact size, the rooms are surprisingly comfortable. The service is extremely helpful and nice, with excellent and friendly staff, offering various amenities like housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is great, close to the metro and within walking distance of most sightseeing spots, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining options offer a variety of dishes at very reasonable prices, ensuring a pleasant culinary experience without having to leave the hotel. Overall, the hotel provides a unique and cozy stay, though the room size might not be ideal for everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which wasn't as small as I expected. My room on the fourth floor had a cozy loft feel with a sloped ceiling above the bed. It was clean and nice, especially considering it was the cheapest option available. Keep in mind that it's small but comfortable, perfect for solo travelers.
